On December 18th, the second plenary session of the second session of the Hebei Eyewear Industry Association was held in Shijiazhuang. As an important force in the industry, the Hebei Glasses Industry Association shoulders the important mission of promoting industry development, safeguarding industry interests, and promoting industry exchanges. I hope that the Hebei Glasses Industry Association will continue to play a bridging and connecting role, strengthen communication and cooperation with the government, enterprises, and consumers, and jointly promote the healthy development of the industry. The vast number of eyewear enterprises should seize opportunities, meet challenges, continuously improve their innovation capabilities and management levels, adhere to market-oriented and consumer centered approaches, strengthen product research and development and brand building, and enhance product quality and service levels.

　　Subsequently, Feng Hang made a work report for the Hebei Glasses Industry Association from November 2023 to October 2024. The report points out that in 2024, the Hebei Glasses Association will always adhere to political learning, effectively study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, actively promote learning and exchange within and outside the province, strengthen information and communication within the eyewear industry, and promote technological exchange and innovation in the eyewear industry; Actively promote the construction of talent teams in the new era industry, strengthen vocational education and publicity, and successfully hold a series of activities such as the "Third Hebei Province Optometry and Glasses Matching Vocational Skills Competition", providing talent guarantee for the high-quality development of the eyewear industry in Hebei Province; We have carried out high-quality vocational skill certification work, training 1240 optometrists and 818 assigned personnel, laying the foundation for the cultivation of vocational skill talents in the industry. At the same time, we actively develop new members, update the member database in a timely manner, resolutely fulfill social responsibilities, effectively strengthen industry self-discipline, establish correct competitive concepts, and stimulate market competition vitality.

　　Feng Hang stated that the association will continue to adhere to the purpose of "serving members, serving the industry, and serving society", continuously strengthen its own construction, improve its service level, continue to play the role of a bridge and link, strengthen communication and cooperation between the government, enterprises, and consumers, and make greater contributions to promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the eyewear industry in Hebei Province.

　　The meeting approved the "Work Report of Hebei Glasses Industry Association from November 2023 to October 2024" and the "Financial Report of Hebei Glasses Industry Association from November 2023 to October 2024", and also reviewed the new membership applications of 31 units. These units cover multiple fields such as eyewear production, sales, and services, and are all enterprises with certain influence and strength in the industry. Zhou Wentao, Secretary General of the Hebei Glasses Industry Association, stated that the addition of these units will further strengthen the association's membership team, enhance its cohesion and influence, and inject new vitality into its future development.

At the conference, outstanding award winners and coaches from the finals of the 6th National Glasses Industry Vocational Skills Competition were also commended.

　　At the eyewear industry forum with the theme of "Empowering Eyewear Retail", eyewear industry experts and scholars from all over the country conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges, sharing their innovative practices and experiences in the eyewear retail field, and exploring how to enhance the core competitiveness of the eyewear retail industry through technological innovation, service upgrading, and model innovation. The latest technology, market trends, policies and regulations in the eyewear industry were explained in a clear and concise manner, providing valuable industry information and cutting-edge knowledge for the attending representatives。
