　　In his speech, Jiang Bo affirmed the significant achievements made by the Shanxi Eyeglasses Metrology Industry Association in promoting industry transformation and upgrading, innovating marketing models, and improving public visual health services since its establishment one year ago. He also put forward several suggestions for the future work of the association: firstly, strengthen party building leadership, actively integrate resources, speak up for enterprises, enhance industry reputation, and strengthen industry self-discipline to regulate market order; Secondly, we need to conduct in-depth research on the demand for the optometry market within the province, innovate service models, and assist in the growth of enterprises; Thirdly, we should advocate for various forms of empowerment, implement the strategy of "bringing in and going out", continuously introduce advanced marketing concepts and models, and promote the sustainable development of Shanxi's eyewear industry.

　　In his speech, Fan Wenbin pointed out that the association needs to pay attention to new consumer and retail trends in its future work, use data thinking to analyze the market, and expand the online market ecosystem construction. He called for strengthening internal communication within the industry, promoting the integration of device applications with market demand, and building a healthy ecosystem. 　　Zhang Wei presented the 2024 annual work report and looked forward to the future development direction. He pointed out that under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in 2024, the association will closely follow the national pace, focus on improving industry professional skills, accurately grasp market pulse, enhance service capabilities, expand industry influence, standardize market behavior, strengthen the core role of party building, and accelerate digital transformation, injecting new impetus into the development of Shanxi Province's eyewear industry. In 2025, the association will focus on key areas such as regional collaboration, technological innovation, talent cultivation, brand building, green transformation, and digital upgrading, and continue to provide excellent services to member enterprises to promote the high-quality development of Shanxi's eyewear industry.

　　During the academic seminar, 23 experts and scholars conducted in-depth discussions on various fields such as optometry diagnosis and treatment, myopia prevention and control, and market regulation, contributing rich practical experience and solid theoretical support to the sustainable development of the eyewear industry.

The healthy development of the industry requires policy guidance. Zhao Qiusheng and Zhang Bin provided precise and authoritative guidance for practitioners on the standardized operation of optometry and ophthalmology clinics, the application process of ophthalmology clinics, and policy norms in compliance operation, business expansion, and social responsibility fulfillment.

Feng Xueliang deeply analyzed the principles of correcting refractive errors in children; Professor Li Yan shared the research results of an intelligent detection and early warning system for children's farsightedness reserve based on key parameters of eye biology; Wang Kai systematically reviewed the latest research achievements and prevention strategies for myopia both domestically and internationally; Yu Jifeng explained in detail the applicability and contraindications of different prevention and control measures through clinical case analysis.

Qin Yingrui and Zhang Shaohui focused on exploring the decisive influence and improvement path of basic visual skills in optometry and eyeglass matching competitions.

The development of myopia is influenced by multiple factors such as genetics, individual differences, and eye habits, and the speed of progression varies from person to person. Zhang Lihua, Feng Tianfeng, and others shared their insights.

　　In addition, Sun Peng, Zhou Lin, and Chen Linxing respectively elaborated on the empowering role of digitalization in optometry services from multiple dimensions; Li Zhaojiao and Wei Jiange have brought high-quality solutions to everyone around the concept of "one old and one small"; Li Qiang discussed the key variables of industry development; Zhou Wentao, Secretary General of Hebei Glasses Industry Association, shared his unique insights on how traditional eyewear stores can achieve transformation and upgrading through innovation, as well as how to overcome difficulties.
