On September 19, 2024, the Quality Standards Professional Committee of the China Eyewear Association and the National Eyewear Standardization Center held a review meeting for four group standards, including "Customized Eyewear with Microstructure".

Jiang Bo, Vice Chairman of the China Eyeglasses Association and Chairman of the National Ophthalmic Optics Standardization Technical Committee, Sun Huanbao, Vice Chairman of the China Eyeglasses Association and Vice Chairman of the National Ophthalmic Optics Standardization Technical Committee, Ye Jiayi, Secretary General of the National Ophthalmic Optics Standardization Technical Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the National Eyeglass Enamel Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center, Zhang Nini, Senior Engineer of the National Eyeglasses Standardization Center, Qin Yingrui, Chief Optometrist of Beijing Daming Eyeglasses Co., Ltd., Wang Ling, Associate Professor of Jinling University of Science and Technology, and more than 40 experts from various production enterprises, distribution enterprises, research institutes, etc. participated in the review of the group standard.

　　The meeting was chaired by Ye Jiayi, and Wang Likun, Gu Weiqiang, and Li Yajing respectively represented the standard drafting working group to introduce the development of group standards for "Micro structured Customized Glasses for Installation", "Micro structured Glasses Lens Light Diffusion Structure Lens", "Gradual Focus Glasses Optometry and Matching Technical Specification", and "Electrochromic Lens". The attending experts carefully reviewed the standard review text item by item and put forward reasonable modification suggestions.

　　The attending review experts unanimously agreed to pass the review of the four group standards. The formulation of the four group standards will further help improve the product quality of China's eyewear industry, strengthen the quality control awareness of enterprises, promote the research and development of production processes, provide comprehensive inspection basis, and promote industry innovation and healthy development.

　　This meeting will be held in a combination of offline and online formats. Jiang Bo, Vice Chairman of the China Eyeglasses Association and Chairman of the National Ophthalmic Optics Standardization Technical Committee, Ye Jiayi, Secretary General of the National Ophthalmic Optics Standardization Technical Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the National Eyeglass Enamel Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center, Qu Xiaomei, Chief Physician of Fudan University Affiliated Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital, and nearly 30 experts from production enterprises, distribution enterprises, hospitals and other places participated in the group standard discussion.

　　The meeting was chaired by Executive Vice Director Ye Jiayi, and Wang Likun introduced the development of group standards on behalf of the standard drafting working group. The attending experts carefully discussed the standard discussion draft text item by item and put forward reasonable and practical modification suggestions.
